Michael Ebsary
Board Chairman
Mr. Ebsary was previously the Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Oryx Petroleum Corporation Limited during the years 2010 through 2016. Mr. Ebsary served as the Chief Financial Officer of Addax Petroleum Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration and production company with its primary activities in Nigeria, for eleven years between 1998 and 2009, after having held various positions in project finance and treasury with oil companies Elf Aquitaine and Occidental Petroleum, both in France and the United Kingdom.
He began his working life in multinational banking institutions in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Ebsary is a graduate of the MBA program at Queen’s University in Canada. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Vesselnet.
Andrew Ndaeji
Chief Executive officer
Mr. Ndaeji has a proven history of enhancing enterprise competitive performance and bottom-line profitability through expert alignment of technical resources with enterprise mission and experience of business management, he brings on board over 20 years’ experience of organizational and technical leadership within the telecom industry.
Mr. Ndaeji spent over 20 years working for corporate organizations like NNPC, MTN & LM Ericsson. He brings hands on leadership experience in providing strategic direction for successful delivery of the company’s objectives.
Mr. Ndaeji is an MBA graduate from IMD Business School in Switzerland in addition and a first degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Abigail Ndaeji
Director
Abigail comes to Vesselnet with over 20 years of experience of financial management spanning various industries- insurance, public and the banking sectors. She is a Chartered member of the
Nigeria Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom. Abigail obtained her MBA from the University of Wales in 2009. She was an accountant with IGI, Funds Transfer officer at Oceanic Bank, and a financial Reporting Accountant with Santander in the United Kingdom. Abigail is driving the financial
policies, processes and procedures at Vesselnet , enforcing best practices and enhancing
accountability and profitability.
Saint Enike
Company Secretary
Saint Enike is a legal practitioner with over ten years of post-call experience in litigation, corporate practice and real estate. He holds a 2:1 in LL.B(Hons.) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, B.L from Nigerian Law School Abuja and an LL.M in Law of Corporate Governance and Finance from Nasarawa State University Keffi. He worked in the capacities of Pupil Attorney, Mid-Level Attorney and Associate Counsel at Orji Nwafor-Orizu & Associates from 2009 to 2017 before establishing his own firm. Saint is bringing his wealth of experience in different fields of legal practice to Vesselnet
