Andrew Ndaeji

Managing Director

Andrew holds an MBA from the IMD Business School in Switzerland after obtaining his first degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the federal university of technology Minna. Andrew with over 15 years’ experience in organisational and technical leadership in the Telecoms industry is now the Director of VesselNet and has been providing the required leadership and strategic business direction that has grown VesselNet from a start-up to a major partner and provider of Solar energy and information technology services within Nigeria and across Africa.


Samuel Agboola

Program Manager

Samuel Agboola holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Federal University of Technology Akure, in Project Management Technology. He has about 5 years' experience in the Telecommunication Industry. He is currently working as a project manager in Vesselnet Ltd, where he is saddled with the responsibility of handling Vesselnet telecommunication

projects from end to end. He currently has the Project Management Professional certification in view. He has refined skills such as strategic thinking, innovative problem solving, and team/change management.

Samuel began working with Glo Nigeria Limited and later join M-P Infrastructure Limited as a Project Management Officer on the IHS Power Swap project; handling RMS installation and commissioning during rollout. After which, he was fully in charge of the management of the Power

Metering System (MTM) sub-project, end to end. He successfully delivered the project with a team of engineers on 1970 sites, across Nigeria



Abigail Ndaeji

Chief Financial Officer

 Abigail who holds an MBA from the university of Wales  is an undeniable asset at Vesselnet with 16 years’ experience in financial management in the insurance, Public and banking sectors. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom. Abigail is a hardworking, innovative and goal oriented lady whose quality and expertise has been a major pivot to Vesselnet’s growth and success. She has held key accounting positions in IGI, Oceanic Bank and also as a financial reporting accountant with Santander in the United Kingdom.

Oreoluwa Aluko

Client Relationship Executive

Oreoluwa Aluko has a Bachelors Degree in English Linguistics (Language Emphasis) from Redeemer’s University. Currently running a second Degree with the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT, United Kingdom. As a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP)


She started off her career as a Customer Relationship Executive with the Global Entertainment Industry, Irokotv Partners Limited. Before holding a Relationship Manager role in fleet Management at Aquila Leasing, A world class Leasing firm in Lagos.


She bagged a Relationship Management Certification from The Bunkers.


Oreoluwa is currently working as the Client Relationship Executive at Vesselnet Integrated Services Ltd, with various trainings in client relationship management has the responsibility of handling vesselnet all round Clients.


Oluwatosin Famule

Sales Lead Executive

Oluwatosin Famule holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria Certificate in Education from Adeyemi College of Education. She has over 6 years of experience in Sales and Office management with 4 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Sector.


She has undergone various pieces of training organized by the Nigeria Power Sector Program (NPSP), Nigerian Energy Support Program (NESP), World Bank and German Cooperation GIZ.

Oluwatosin is saddled with the responsibility of building a sustainable business team that is ready to take the brand to the next level by creating awareness and expanding the business by achieving the business goals.


Itunu A. Ajayi

Head, Finance & Business Support

Itunu Adedeokun Ajayi has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin where she finished with a Second Class Upper Division. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of West Africa. She started her career in Meristem Securities Limited in the Research Department as a Financial

Analyst covering various sectors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange(NSE)

She has built experience over the last 6 years in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management. At Vesselnet, Itunu is bringing her expertise in Finance, Research, Accounting, and Investment Management to add great value to our organization by making key strategic financial and accounting

decisions that would greatly impact our bottom line and also ensure that Vesselnet is compliant with all regulations from relevant statutory and regulatory authorities.
