Andrew holds an MBA from the IMD Business School in Switzerland after obtaining his first degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the federal university of technology Minna.
Andrew with over 15 years’ experience in organisational and technical leadership in the Telecoms industry is now the Director of VesselNet and has been providing the required leadership and strategic business direction that has grown VesselNet from a start-up to a major partner and provider of Solar energy and information technology services within Nigeria and across Africa.
Head, Commercial Operations – Solar
Samuel has 6+ years’ experience in core commercial operations, business development, sales and marketing alongside strategic planning. With an extensive background in the solar sector, he recently led strategic business transformation for Lumos Nigeria, launching a lease-to-own products to the market for Lagos and Southwest.
He has vast experience in e-commerce , data analytics, digital marketing and deployment of value-driven IT automation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical Science and currently an MBA student. Samuel currently heads the solar SBU for Vesselnet and has the responsibility of launching the company’s affordable SHS products to the market and take on mini-grid projects, within and outside Nigeria.
Chief Financial Officer
Abigail who holds an MBA from the university of Wales is an undeniable asset at Vesselnet with 16 years’ experience in financial management in the insurance, Public and banking sectors. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom. Abigail is a hardworking, innovative and goal oriented lady whose quality and expertise has been a major pivot to Vesselnet’s growth and success. She has held key accounting positions in IGI, Oceanic Bank and also as a financial reporting accountant with Santander in the United Kingdom.
Human Resource Manager
Broderick Osaji is an energetic, creative and innovative, charismatic HR Executive. A passionate leader in seeking opportunities for growth and maximizing resources. Proven capacity in recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations and engagement and industrial relations. Currently experienced in HR operations and Employee Engagement in business process outsourcing and Non-profit organizations and in administrative role.

Head, Finance & Business Support
Femi is currently the Finance Manager at Vesselnet Integrated Services Limited. He has over 12 years relevant working experience in the financial services. He was the Chief Finance Officer of Blackstone Capital Limited and Sky Capital& Financial Allied International Limited (a member of SIFAX Group) respectively. Prior to joining Sky Capital he was the Financial Controller at SCM Capital Limited.
At Vesselnet, Femi is bringing his expertise in Finance, Research, Accounting, and Investment Management to add great value to our organization by making key strategic financial and accounting decisions that would greatly impact our bottom line and also ensure that Vesselnet is compliant with all regulations from relevant statutory and regulatory authorities.
Head, Project Implementation– Telecoms
Sola is a project management professional with MBA a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) focused in Computer Science & Information technology from Bowen University, Iwo. He has 10+ years experience in the Telecommunication Industry. As our head of project implementation, he is saddled with the responsibility of handling Vesselnet’s telecommunication projects from end to end.
Before joining Vesselnet, he previously worked as Field Project Coordinator -MTN Project at NTS Nigeria Ltd, Operations Manager at Backbone Engineering Nigeria Plc., Project Lead – ATC Project, NTS Nigeria Ltd., Senior Project Manager – IHS Project at Specific Tools & Techniques, Regional Operations & Maintenance Supervisor– where he drove overall alignment of regional objectives with organizational objectives by ensuring effective communication of operational plan to all stakeholders as well as its execution & monitoring of over 1090 BTS sites in Nigeria.
