What We Do

We provide an end-to-end solution to clients including site survey, civil works engineering and construction, tower erection, equipment supplies, installation, and integration into the network for site operations and support. We supply power equipment including rectifiers, inverters, customized solar power solutions, and batteries in parts and also supply fully assembled power and information technology infrastructures on a need-basis or special demand.

Andrew Ndaeji

Managing Director

Andrew holds an MBA from the IMD Business School in Switzerland after obtaining his first degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the federal university of technology Minna.

Andrew with over 20 years’ experience in organizational and technical leadership in the Telecoms industry is now the Director of VesselNet and has been providing the required leadership and strategic business direction that has grown VesselNet from a start-up to a major partner and provider of Solar energy and information technology services within Nigeria and across Africa.

Abigail Ndaeji

Chief Financial Officer

Abigail who holds an MBA from the university of Wales is an undeniable asset at VesselNet with 16 years’ experience in financial management in the insurance, Public and banking sectors.

 

She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom. Abigail is a hardworking, innovative and goal oriented lady whose quality and expertise has been a major pivot to Vesselnet’s growth and success. She has held key accounting positions in IGI, Oceanic Bank and also as a financial reporting accountant with Santander in the United Kingdom.

Broderick Osaji

Human Resource  Manager

Broderick Osaji is an energetic, creative and innovative, charismatic HR Executive.

 

A passionate leader in seeking opportunities for growth and maximizing resources. Proven capacity in recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations and engagement and industrial relations.  Currently experienced in HR operations and Employee Engagement in business process outsourcing and Non-profit organizations and in administrative role.

Broderick is here to drive the organization's structural and cultural development, align the business objectives and the resource requirements and making "Vesselnet a Great Place to Work".

Olalude Oluwasegun

Project Manager (Telecoms)

Olalude Oluwasegun is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a B. Tech in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

With an MBA in Business Management from Tekedia Institute, USA and holds an active license with the council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Experienced with over 8 years in deploying smart technology systems, business, and digital solutions.


Segun has championed key projects in the telecoms sector, construction industry and software development.


He is a Google-trained Data Analyst and a member of the Nigerian institute of Management (Chartered). And passionate about modeling and digital transformation

Augustine I. Usiagwu

Project Manager (Mini Grids)

Augustine Iyare Usiagwu is a graduate of Production Engineering from the University of Benin, Edo State, and a current Masters student of Operational Management at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. 


Currently, Augustine is associated with Africa fellowship for Young Energy Leader 2022/2023 and an associate member of Energy Institute UK, also a member of Project Management Institute. 


With over seven (7) years of experience in both grid and off-grid sector.  Augustine is a passionate energy access advocate and climate change actioner. 
He is well grounded in energy management and mini-grid operations and a  graduate of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).


In addition, he is also a graduate of Mckinsey forward Africa program on organization management and work ethic by McKinsey company. 


His major aim is to contribute towards achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG7), which calls for universal access to sustainable energy by 2030. 
Augustine’s belief is achieving these goals will require a radical rethink of the way we produce, distribute, and consume energy.

John G. Ojochegbe

Procurement and Logistics Officer

John Godwin Ojochegbe is a dynamic, creative and innovative, charismatic Supply chain Executive. John has over 5 years of experience in core commercial operation, sales, and marketing, alongside total logistics operations.


John also in his previous employment, held the position of sales and marking coordination with MultiChoice branch office in Festac, customer service executive with WEMA Bank, and moved to concessionary Logistics as a procurement and logistics officer.


John holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and also a master's in public and international Affairs from the University of Lagos – Akoka, Nigeria.
John is driving the organization’s Supply Chain and Procurement Process to align the business objectives to make "Vesselnet a Great Place to Work".
